Birth parent(s). Born Dec. 3 1962 at Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Adopted from Lake Bluff Childrens Home. Mother was 21 at time of birth. Completed two years of college and was an airline stewardess. German/english, and Methodist. 5'5" and 125 lbs. Dark hair and eyes, even teeth. Father 6'1", dark complexion, Italian, worked for airline commissary. Possibly Catholic. Casual relationship, parents did not plan to marry.
