My birth cert. says I was born in richland county at Mansfield General hospital in Ohio.My birthdate is March 2,1958.I was adopted as a baby,my father and mother are both deceased.Iam looking for my birth parents or siblings.Iam 47 years of age,not in the best of health.I know nothing about the adoption or who my birth parents are.Do I have any siblings.
