Edgar died 1890 in Amherst. also had John P. 1853 VA, Allice/Alice/Elizabeth b. ca 1858 VA, Archy D 1861 VA, Caledonia/Caroline/Calladonia 1862 VA, Charles W. 1867 VA, Henry N. 5-1870 Temperance Amherst co VA. Henry d. ca 1929 Dyer co TN. married Annie Bruce of TX and had children Harry and Kathleen in TN. then married Hattie. on the 1870 census there are 3 individuals living with the Beards: Pheoba Mays 70, Parmelia Wood 50, and Alson Wood 14 male.
