Amanda Grinder married John Westbrooks in Lewis County, TN in 1867. They are enumerated in the Lewis County, TN census records. At that time John's age is 81 years old. This was Amanda's fourth marriage. According to Tennessee Mortality Schedules for the year of 1880, it says that John Westbrooks died in 1880 in Obion County, Tennessee from bronchitis and was a widower. This tells me that his wife Amanda died before 1880. I am assuming that she died in Obion County. Can anyone help? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
