I am seeking family from Ottawa and Streator Illinois, specifically the parents of Charles W. Wisher. So far I know that he was born in Otter Creek IL to John Wisher and Catharine (Funk) Wisher 09 Oct 1851. He is my great-great-grandfather. I was hoping maybe someone had access to business directories or newspapers and such from Ottawa and Streator.
