I was born at Cooley Memorial Hospital in Brigham City, UT on 06/16/53 or 06/15/53. Taken to Dee Memorial Hospital and adopted three weeks later. Birth mother's name was Cleo or Chloe; birth father's name was John. I do not have last names. Mother was English, father English/Dutch. I was adoped through the Children's Aid Society.
