I am trying to find out anything about a baby girl who was born 8/21/1925 in Rochester General Hospital, Rochester, NY. She was adopted by the Layer family of Lockport NY. The birth mother may have been a Virginia Barnum, but not positive. She grew up as Patricia Layer, adopted by Leon and Helene (Vogt) Layer. It was possible that she was adopted within the family. Helene's mother was Helen (Kopp) Vogt, and her grandmother was Helen (Bickford) Kopp, and her great grandmother was Leander Bickford. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
