Seeking information about either Joseph Farmer or John Farmer who lived in Montgomery County, Virginia in the early 1800's. They migrated to central Missouri in 1839. John Farmer married Christina Bishop prior to their move to Missouri.Believe that they were married in either Montgomery or Pulaski County. They had five children while still living in Virginia.
