Looking for sibling born in Provo Utah at the Utah Valley Hospital. Doctor was Smith in the year 1954,1955 or 1956. Two children out of seven were given up for adoption and one has been found. Looking for the last missing link. Shirk is mothers maiden name and married name would be Chambers. All children have similarities like the crows feet around the eyes and button noses and gray hair. Father is Harold Chambers not around at time of birth. Mother baptized the other sibling epsicapalian and we found that record from the church but could not find a record of baptism for child in provo. Don't know how the adoption was legally or illegally set up. All family has either A or O type blood. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
