Query Text:

 My great-grandfather, Samuel Sproule Nesbitt, died in Buffalo in 1916. I believe his cause of death was either encephalitis or erysipelas. Any help on finding out more information on Samuel as well as locating his death certificate would be greatly appreciated. Laura Brown
