I am searching for my birthparents. I was born in Champaigne,IL, on Dec.5,1970 to (I believe) a white mother and black or biracial father. I may have been given the name "Christine Noelle" and my mother says she believed my biological fathers surname was Brookes (or something similar). He also may have been a student at the university in Champaigne and, perhaps, had something to do with the basketball team there. I was adopted by a white minister and his wife, who went through, what I believe to be, childrens services (ie.this was not a private adoption).
