Looking for more info on the birth of MARY TITUS born 9-27-1803 in W. Stewartstown, NH, married DAVID HODGE 11-23-1827 in W.Stewartstown,NH. She died 2-23-1896 in E.Hereford, Quebec. I was told that Mary was Native American (Abenaki) and ADOPTED by DAVID TITUS b.1769 in Bath or Landaff, NH, d 10-19-1843 in Colebrook,NH and MARY NOYES b.1768 in Landaff,NH, d.12-29-1840 in Colebrook NH(?). I need to find MARY TITUS's birth and marriage records and any info that anyone might have on her ADOPTION and her biological Native American parents.
