I am interested in finding ancestors of Isabel and Robert Means in St. Clair and/or Etowah counties in alabama. Robert actually died in 1817 in Tennesee but Isabel moved to Alabama with her children. Several children married and moved on to Arkansas but Isabel stayed. Not sure death date but James Harvey Means, her son ( who did move on to Ark.) was executer of her estate. Others of her children stayed in Alabama. Interested to find descendents who stayed in Alabama and her gravesite if possible. I descended from another of her children, Andrew Newton Means ( who moved to Ark). Someone has suggested she may be buried in Truss-Bradford Cemetery in St. clair co. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
