Seeking info. on children of A.J. "Jack" Towery: James,born 1857, and Caroline,born 1859. The 1860 Van Buren Co. Ar.,Red River Twsp. census shows them in household with A.J. and Melvina Maddox Towery (2nd wife) A.J. "Jack" Towery died 1863 in Civil War. Next record of James and Caroline was 1870 Van Buren Co. census living in household of Martha Nixon in Shirley, Ar. area. No trace after that. Thanks for any help!
