I am searching for my Great Grandfather, Louis Houston, born about 1854 or 1855 in Tennessee or Alabama. Married Mary Ann Mays (Mayes) on July 18, 1872, in Winchester, Franklin County, Tennessee. I think I found him, age 16, in 1870 Census in Lynchburg with Louis Pitcock, age 68, and Margaret Pitcock, age 41. Louis and Mary moved to Texas about 1880. Had one child in Tennesse, John H. Houston. Several other children born in Texas. Louis died 1942 in Texas.
