HILLION | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Query Text: |
My Grandfather JOHN HILLION lived in St Sampsons, on the isle of GUERNSEY where I was born. Estimated date of birth 1879. He came from the isle of Jersey where I believe he had a brother Peter Louie Hillion who went to live in England. Where did they originate from? Were they orphans? Was the name taken from the town HILLION on the Breton coast? Thanks for any helpful tips from anyone. Thanks to Jayne I now have deailed info on his Parents and his siblings. This must be a good site. Next I must post a query on his parents but I suspect it would help if it were all in French! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
