Lawerence Pooler lived in Canada. He came to Colville Reservation 1800,s took Catherine(Kate)Runnels for a wife. According to story, she left him when seven months pregnant. William Forrest Pooler was born in Okanogan area of US.in late 1800.s Catherine is native. Was Lawerence? Lawerence offered to raise Wm. in Canada and give a good education. Wm never went.
