Query Text:

 SEARCHING FOR FAMILY/INFO: White female born in Berks County, Pennsylvania (adoption finalized in NY). DOB on birth certificate is June 14, 1967 (6/14/67). Adoption was through a private lawyer and info given to adopted parents is sketchy. I found a receipt with the name Calvin Silverstein in a file of adoption papers given to me by my "parents" but am not sure how/if we are related. Lawyer referred to my birth mother as Candy and my birth name might have been Ruth. My adopted last name is Rappaport.
