moragredman@yahoo.com I have been tracing my ancestors and through a contact in Genes United find that there are burials of the family Donald in St Nicholas cemetery Carrickfergus, NI My mother was Elizabeth Jane Semple born in Carrickfergus and moved to Glasgow as a child. Her parents were William Semple c.1872 and Lizzie Donald c.1880 (my grandmother) they were married on 10th May 1895. (Carrickfergus) Lizzie Donald’s parents were William Donald 1842 and Elizabeth Jane McFall 1844. (Father Edward McFall) They were married on 26th June 1866 at Ballycarry Church. I have been trying to trace family Donald and McFall and Semple for some time but although I know my mother had relations in Carrickfergus have not been successful in contacting anyone. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
