Birth parents married name was Morse. I was born Sally Morse on October 7, 1969 at 5:14 p.m. I am searching for my birth parents and full sister. In 2006, my birth mother would be 56 and birth father would be 57. My sister would be 37. I was legally adopted on January 9, 1970 to Donald and Martha Hull. My adopted name is Christine Lynn Hull. The adoption took place in Harvey, IL at Ingalls Hospital. It was processed through DCFS Chicago. I have already registered with the Illinois Adoption Agency and have begun a search for my birth mother through Midwest Adoption Services.
