My name is Perlice Dumaguin and my adoptive parents are Benjamin and Rosine Dumaguin. I was born in Cavite City, Phillippines on January 9, 1968, my birth mother was the maid of my adoptive parents her name is Julie and she was only 18 years old when she gave birth to me. I was adopted when I was only 3 months old. I believe I was born in Subic Bay Naval Hospital.
