DAVIDSON family from County Armagh, Ireland split by or before 1853. Half went to the US and half to Scotland. Immigration information for group going to New York: James 56 (born about 1797) Died in New Jersey 1874 Henry 18 (born about 1835) Died in Missouri 1889 Mary 26 (born about 1827) Sarah 15 (born about 1838) Died in New Jersey 1903 Grace 13 (born about 1840) Ship: Hibernien [or Hibernian] arrived July or August 1853. -------------------------------------------------- Immigration information for group going to Scotland: Hugh James John Nothing more is known about them at this time. -------------------------------------------------- James, the elder, was married to Sarah McCUMISKY. His mother was Grace CROZIER. They were both dead by 1853. Henry married Harriet RUPERT in Jasper County, Missouri. Sarah married a TOWNSEND, possibly in New York or New Jersey. I would love to know more about any of this family. I will exchange with you what I have.
