Looking for the parents of Sylraner Rayburn Cox, b. September27, 1804 in Madison Co., KY. He emigrated to Tennessee and then to Missouri just before the civil war. Is there any censuses that indicate where his parents are from? In my information (obtained from other's info who are researching the same family), the parents of Sylraner Cox wereWilliam Bryson Cox and Patience Rayburn who were married in Savannah, MO (Andrew Co.).
