These children may have been taken to the St. Joseph Orphanage in Mishawaka/South Bend, IN in 1945 as a result of a divorce and adopted out from there. All three of these children were born in Benton Harbor/Berrien Springs, MI.  We have located three brothers already: Charles Baude b.1940, Harold Baude b.1937 and Gerald Baude b. 1933.  These children would be Caucasian.  The mother; Margaret Brown Baude remarried to a man by the name of John C. Bugher and they lived in Shepardsville, IN until their death in the early 1970s.  Some of the missing children may have been adopted by Mr. Bugher.  Any help in locating these individuals would be greatly appreciated as we are desperate in obtaining medical histories from them due to serious medical conditions within the family.  UPDATE 4/17/2008: CHARLES BAUDE HAS BEEN FOUND!   UPDATE 4/28/2008: We have received information that RUTH BAUDE resided in the Canton/Toledo Ohio area in the 1950s and was born between 1923-1929.  Also have received information that MILDRED (BAUDE) was born in 1922/1923 and had a different father than Harold Baude. Let me tell you a little story about three boys. John, Gary and Larry were taken into the system in Wayne County, Detroit Michigan in 1955-ish.   There mom Lucy ( Lucille Ferguson-Preston) Preston worked an aweful lot, and the state found out that she left her boys alone since her husband Milton (lee ) Preston had an  unpredictable schedule. So they removed them from the home. They were taken to live with a family by the last name of Mitrovitch ( Mitrovich ) and were there for 6 or 7 years. Lucy was never able to get them back (we don\'t know if she didn\'t want them back or just couldn\'t compete with the system ) They were then adopted out from there. ( I found the three boys ) When the boys were taken, Lucy was pregnant. She gave birth to a child, a boy we think. We believe his name is Steven, and was called Stevie. Last name at birth could have been Ferguson, Preston or possibly Mohawk. We know he ended up in the system as well sometime before he was 5. I need to find Steven. He needs to know he has a biological family that cares what happened to him. If he looks anything like his brothers, he is probably between 5\'6"- 5\'10", with sandy blonde hair or brown hair and blue or grey eyes. Build would be what I would call "gymnast", broad shoulders, narrow waist, low center of gravity. And if a great sense of humor and a scientific brain is genetic....
