I am searching for the family of my brother, that I just found that he lived to be 31. I was told that he had died at birth. But he was adopted; so the last name is unknown. The info I do have: Born in Lockney, Texas December 7 1955 to Billie Foster, name at birth: Russell James Foster, died November 13 1987. I do not know who adopted him or where he died. I would like any family member that may know this man to please get in touch with me.
