I am searching for my daughter who was born and adopted in Norfolk Virginia. She was born April 23, 1965 - baby girl Abell. She was adopted and named Debra Lynn Mercer by Rachael Mercer. I can't remember Rachael's husband's name as I never met him. He was an officer in the Navy and was out to sea when the adoption took place.
