His birthdate as listed on some ancestry pages was the same as his brother, Munroe Davis Williams...Feb. 23, 1856. My ancestor has the Jefferson Davis Williams name and general birth area, but his birth year is listed in the Tex. 1900 census as 1862. I want to know if they were twins or if it is not him.
