I'm searching for my birth parents. The only thing I know is that my mother was 20 years old when she gave birth to me. I was born on June 1 1968 in Hinsdale IL at Hinsdale Hospital at 6:44 pm. I was told by a family friend that she was a blond and was in college at the time.
I was also told that my adoptive parents took me home directly from the hospital. We lived in Chicago until the death of my adoptive father in 1977 when we moved to Wisconsin. I have an amended birth certificate that has a filing date of June 12, 1968 and another date of January 20, 1969 which I think is the date the birth certificate was amended which could be when the adoption was finalized.
