Searching for a child born July 19,1964. This child's mother was LuAnn Routt-Daley. The child was born in Salt Lake City and is half Chinese, half caucasian. The baby was born breach and was relinquished to LDS Social Services. At the time LuAnn lived on Wall Street by the Utah Capitol building in Salt Lake. We are not sure if the baby was a boy or girl.
