Laury who was married to Liz Cain, race Black. They were the parents of Sammie and Samuel, twins born in Oct 1918. According to information gathered Sam S. the father, was in World War 1 1916-1918. Sam S. Laury was born around 1878. Sam and Liz lived in Booneville Mississippi, Prentis County. Liz was living with her parents,and listed as married in the 192 0census. 1920 census records show that Liz was living with her parents Ida and Henry Cain in Booneville and she was listed as married. Sam S Lowery ( Laury) miltary records show him as in the service betwen 1916 and 1918. Liz later married Ed Burress and they had a total of 15 children.
I'm also looking for relatives of my uncle Samuel
who was my dad'stwin brother. He did attend my dad's funeral in 1988 and he later died in 1992. I've gathered information of him living in Tennesse and Louisina, being married and having two daughters names Hilda and Sandra. I was told of Samuel leaving Booneville at an early age.ly age. Liz later married lease note Laury has been entered to records as Laury. Lowery and Lowrey.
