Searching for birth mother, birth father, or siblings. I was born 4/8/70 in Lockport, New York. I found out a few years ago that my birth mother's name is probably Linda Oakes. She was around 19 years of age at the time I was born at Lockport Memorial Hospital. Dark hair, blue eyes, English/German around 5' tall. Father never informed of pregnancy (he was about 18, tall, dark hair, French-Canadian).
