I'm looking for a Finnish Matson/Mattson family in Pine Co., MN and probably their son's family in Stuttsman Co., ND.
This is about my g-mother's uncle Alfred and his family.
Alfred Matson/Mattson (both versions seen) was born in May 3, 1866 in Finland, immigrated in 1887 via Sweden to Duluth as per immigration records. He had 2 siblings staying in Isojoki, Finland, others immigrated to USA (Albertina Matson Knuus/Boston MA, Conrad Siltanen/Butte MT, Leander Siltanen/Fort Bragg CA, Hilda Siltoa Henry/Butte MT) and Sweden (Johan Matson Nupula).

1 - 1900 MN > Pine > Pine Lake > District 124: Matson Alfred 34/immigr. 1887, wife Lizzy 38/immigr. 1888 (b. 1862), Waino 9 (b. 1891 in WY), Julia 8 (b. 1892 in WY) and Hilda 1 (b. 1899 in MN)
-- what/when/where in Wyoming ? Was it a state or a city ? I've heard there's a city of Wyoming in Minnesota. But the youngest was shown as born in Minnesota so why make older ones to Wyoming if it was city of Wyoming in Minnesota ?
