Born in New Albany, IN at Floyd Memorial Hospital. I was 16yrs old, unmarried and this was my second child. Birthmother name at the time was Teleisa Lenderman. Named baby boy Timothy Wayne. Adopted through friend in the Floyd County Welfare Dept. They handled adoption. Unsure if adopted immediately. At time of relinquishment son had lots of hair-brown and blue eyes.
