Hello....I am searching for information regarding Antoinette (Gocek) Dziedzic who lived in Blakeley, Lackawanna Cty., PA for several years and died in 1990 in Weatherly, Carbon Cty., PA. I have tried to request her death cert to find out her parents names from PA Vital Records and they cashed my check and sent me a denial because I need to prove my relation to her. I believe she is a 1st cousin to my great grandfather, John Moniak, whose mother was Julianna Gocek. Is there a way to get a death cert in PA for genealogical purposes?
