I am searching for anyone in my Birthfamily. I was born November 4th 1983. From what my adoptive parents have told me I was baptized Jahovah's witness, but thats not for sure. But they do know my name when baptized was Jerimaih (spelling possibly not correct)Jewitt. I possibly have an older half brother (unconfirmed). One of my Granfathers was a Doctor. I was born in Salvation Army Hospital in Chicago, which was closed somtime in the 80's or early 90's. My adoption was through (spelling unsure)Abbott Adoption Agency in chicago.
