I was born on December 7, 1969 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ. I was adopted through Catholic Charities. My adopted parents were William E. & Dorothy M. Cusack. I was raised in Paterson, NJ. My adopted parents are both deceased. I know nothing about my birth parents, and Catholic Charities won't help. ANY information would be FANTASTIC!
