i found the baptism record for my great uncle charles irving on www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca web site. it states that on 1875/7/2 in st. andrews cathedral, victoria, mason county, washington terr he was baptised. does anyone know where that is or was in 1875? they do not mean victoria, canada do they?
