I have been trying to find a Birth Record on my grandmother for some time but the only thing I have found out that there is a child that was born the same month and year as her and even the same first name and middle name but not the same last name. The birth record that is in the court records in Toronto, Jefferson County, Ohio shows Margaret Louise Wells born July 9, 1924 parents are Hazel Dunlap b abt 1897 in Stranton, Jefferson County, Ohio and Calvin Wells b. abt. 1884 in Lawrence County, Ohio She was the 6th child born alive she was born at 11:30PM by Dr. Talbott. I have found her listed under their household in the 1930 census but I also found her listed in the 1930 census in the household of William Ervin Knight and his wife Gladys Marie Keeder Knight but on the 1930 Census it has her listed as Margaret Louise Knight daugther of Gladys and William Knight.
Has anybody came across her or her bio parents or maybe there is just some mistake she has always went by Knight she never knew anything about a Wells surname she will be 83 this year and she really would like to know if she was adopted, or given to the Knight family when she was real young or if this is just some kind of mistake.
All the other Knight siblings birth are listed except hers.
She is the last one left of her family siblings.
If you know anything and I mean anything can you please help her
It even states in Gladys Marie Keeder/Knight/Mead's bible it has her listed as Margaret Knight not Margaret Wells.
