I am a 21 year old female, born 9/14/86 at abbot northwestern hospital in Minneapolis, MN and named Samantha Kay Witczk. I was told my mother's name is Nicole Farrow and James Witczk is my father's name. Also I may have an older brother and a younger sibling from the same father. I was in a foster home through childrens home society and then adopted by my foster parents through Hennepin county in 1988, 2 years after birth.
