I am looking for my birth parents. I was adopted by Dr. Glenn Westphal and Lilia Westphal as a toddler. My birthdate is March 12, 1945. I grew up in Elsinore, CA and surrounding areas. My father is deceased and my records are blacked out in all the important areas. If you are looking for a daughter that born in the California area during that time frame, I could be it. My mother surname could be Reid but I do not know if that is my adopted mother or birth mother. I was born in Riverside, CA. I would just like to meet you. I had blonde hair and blue eyes (of course it is not blonde now). My dad said that my dad died in the war and my mom committed suicide. I do not beleive this to be true because the records would not be blacked out if this were to be true.
