Henry and William Wise immigrated to Virginia in 1665 (per Filby). Thomas Callaway (Charles County) had transported them, among others, and
was awarded ca 420 acres in Charles County.
I have no other information on the Wise brothers, but suspect they may be the ancestors of my Wise family Aiken and Barnwell County, SC.
I am anxious to connect my SC Wise family to the
Wise immigrants who sailed to Virginia (who ever they may be!)
