I am looking for information on what happened to him. He was born Dec of 1867 in Athens CO OH to Ruth and her husband Jesse Palmer. The family emigrated to Carter CO KY in the early 1870's from Athens CO OH. Oscar Jesse according to family history was disabled from a childhood accident. Any information is appreciated.
