I am an adoptee. I was born January 8, 1967 in Whiteville, NC. My mother was 17 at the time; and was unwed, with a son already. Her name is Shirley Ward. I was privately adopted by my aunt and uncle, in 1968, and moved to SC. That is where I grew up. I know my biological mother. I want to find my birth father and his family. I want to find him for medical reasons; and also for personal. I also have children who wish to find them. I do not know my biological father's name; nor anything about him. I hope I can soon find help; in this search. I have been unsucessful; thus far. My name is Lisa. I hope someone can contact me soon; with some type of legitimate info. I really want to find my father; and his family, even though, they may want no contact, and my father, could even be deceased, after all this time. Thanks.
