I am looking for descendants of JAKOB KRAPP -JOSEPH KRAUPP and wife MAGDA (Agatha Resch) who left Obermunjou, Russia. They arrived at Galveston Port on 18 July 1908 from Bremen Germany. They brought 3 children, Agnes, Maria and Joseph. and his Mother.
They then had 4 children in Kansas: Amelia, Catherina, August, Anna Mary? who went by the name KRAUPP.
Maria, a 6mth. old I can't find any records for.
Jakobs mother, MARGARETE DECHANT, may have had a husband NICHOLAS KRAPP who stayed behind with 6 daughters. I am looking for information about them too.
Agnes (my grandmother) married MARTIN GEO. WEIGEL, and ended up in Idaho. Joseph married a Julia SMITH in Longmont, ended up in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Amelia married HENRY ZAJAC, (she's alive and lives in Michigan). Caherine married a Peter SCHELL, then Wm. Bilnoski(they may be deceased now) and Anna Mary was with GEORGE SMTIH, who ended up in Denver area.
Jacobs sister, Dortea Krapp and a son, Henry J.ARNOLD were also aboard the ship, Hannover. He married a Lidwina DREILING and their son Henry F. born in Hays, married a Lorraine RUDER in 1949. Dortea remarried an ANTON SACK in Hays KS,
