I am looking for the Homer & Ida (Shafer) Hughes family. They were in Aurora,Aurora South Dakota in the 1930 Census. They had 9 Children: Dean, Earl, Alice, Clarence,Jessie, Lora, Ivan, Donald, & Edna. Homer & Ida married 16 march 1891.
Homer was born in New York,Jan 1859, Ida was born in Barry County, Michigan abt 1873.
Dean married Mary Erdman,and they had 8 children, Francis,Artis,Cecil,Marian,Robert,Betty,Ruby,& June. Alice married E. Ewald,they a child Phyllis. Lora married a Brown, they had a child Edith. Edna married a Johnson. I have Donald's daughters name Geraldine (Hughes) Veezeebart which was in Planketon, SD around 2000. Clarence has 3 children Harriet, Clarence,& Robert. Jessie has a child Eva.
I have no other dates as of now. Homer & Ida's parents are buried in Barry County, Michigan.
Any information would be greatly accepted.
Ida is on my grandmothers side of the family. She is a Aunt.
