I am searching for my birth mother or birth father. I was born June 20,1949 at Georgetown Hospital in Washington, DC. The only information that I have is that my birth name was Patricia Ann Waggoner. The name of my birth mother was Patricia Waggoner.(The last name could be spelled differently, such as Wagoner.) She was 21 years old at the time of my birth and she was from Altoona, Pa. I was placed in an orphanage and adopted at the age of 5 months. I was adopted by parents who lived in Falls Church, Virginia with the last name of Stephens.
