I was born 8/2/1967 at St. Lukes hospital; my birth name was "Hollyann". I was delivered by Dr. David Barton. I was placed in foster care, through Idaho Human Services, with Mr. & Mrs. David L. Stuck (current age approx. 70 yrs); last known to reside in Boise, I cannot find an active phone listing for them. I was adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Robert Garrod 7/19/1968.
