Can anyone tell me what information is contained on the U.S. Federal Census Mortality Schedule? I found an ancestor's name in a state other than the one we thought he died in and there is a slight spelling variation which is common to this name. The dates seem to be correct as well as the birth state but I'm not sure without having access to additional information on this person.
