I'm looking for information on my great-great-grandfather, John Aldrich. He was born 28 FEB 1828, probably in Unadilla, Otsego, New York. There's a census record there which appears to be him. He married Mary Jane Johnston, and we have information on her ancestors, but no information for his parents or further back.
I believe he moved to Nebraska City, Nebraska before August 1860 as my great-grandfather, Carl Milton Aldrich Senior was born there in August 1860.
