I am looking for my birth parents. I was born in Tulsa, OK on January 16th, 1989, at St. Francis Hospital. My birth mother was a teenage girl whose first name is, I believe, Tracy. I don't really know anything about my birth father. I was adopted through Lutheran Social Services in Oklahoma. The photograph is the last one I believe my biological family received when I was 3.
